Great fun again, excellent food, extra helpful staff, good value for money, best baths ever with direct sight on lake Biwa.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel had great transportation options with a shuttle from the nearby station. The staff were helpful and the room was very clean. The breakfast was also delicious.

Can’t fault the hotel in any way.

Xmas meals were very delicious and were well worth the price. The hotel location was conveniently located near a subway station making it easy to get around to nearby attractions. Another advantage was the free shuttle service from the hotel to the subway station.

Although the hotel served delicious meals, the onsen was a big letdown. The hot water was not hot enough which made it impossible for me to truly relax in the onsen.

Great food and beautiful surroundings We enjoyed the delicious food served during our stay. The location is tranquil and picturesque, which allowed us to relax and unwind during our vacation. The shuttle service was also helpful in getting us around the area.

Crowded and underwhelming onsen Unfortunately, the onsen was a major letdown. The indoor onsen was small and overcrowded, making it difficult to truly enjoy the experience. Additionally, the onsen lacked a view, which was a disappointment. Despite the positives of the hotel, the poor onsen experience left a negative impression on our overall stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The meals were generous and delicious, and the shuttle service made it easy to explore the area. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The half board meals were delicious. The sister onsen next door provided many different soaking areas to choose from and was well worth the fee.

The indoor onsen was small and basic, so we opted to use the onsen at the sister property next door for an additional fee.
